I am interested in becoming a patient. What is the first step?

How will telehealth appointments take place?

We conduct all telehealth sessions via Doxy, which is a HIPAA compliant software. You will receive a link that will take you straight to your clinician’s Telehealth room.

Do you accept Medicare?

No, our practice is unable to accept Medicare patients.

Do you only accept patients residing in Texas?

Yes. At this time, we are only able to remotely conduct counseling sessions with patients located in the state of Texas.

How do I complete the required patient paperwork?

The paperwork can be conveniently downloaded and sent back to us from the Patient Forms page of the website.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Accepted insurance varies by practitioner. Please visit the bio pages for Lauren Merritt, LPC and/or Shara Cherpes, LPC to view their accepted plans.
