I am passionate about assisting clients in living their best life utilizing unconditional acceptance, empathy, and understanding. My primary goal is to create and support an environment in which you and I can have an open, honest, and trusting therapeutic relationship. Meeting clients where they are and moving through the process at their own pace is what I find to be most effective. Clients will receive individualized care and will be encouraged to jointly develop a structured therapeutic plan to tackle specific problem areas and increase the client’s sense of control and self-reliance, as soon as possible.

I use an individualized approach to therapy which integrates multiple therapeutic practices. The eclectic process allows an assortment of techniques to decrease unhealthy routines and actively engage change for each client. Each client has worth and the potential for positive change. I have extensive experience working with numerous populations and have employed harm reduction, community engagement, and dual-diagnosis treatment at all levels of care. I feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to consistently connect with brave human beings choosing to embark on an adventurous journey of disclosure, wonder, and application of acquired skills together. It is inspiring and rewarding to support a client in their suffering to arrive at a destination of increased confidence, reprieve, and progressive self-discovery.
